Returns/Refunds Policy

1. Boito does not accept requests for returns and/or refunds.

 

Exchange Policy

1. We provide You with an option to exchange defective items / sizes purchased from Boito within five days of receiving Your order, depending on the Product condition. The Product may be exchanged via the following modes:

- Pick up: Depending on your location, We may offer a free pick-up service. If your location is eligible for a free pick-up service, You will see an option when You submit an exchange request. 

- Self-Ship: If we do not offer pick up at your location, You will be required to ship the Product back to Us and We shall provide You with credit that equals the shipping costs, provided that Your product meets the requirements introduced in these Terms and if You have a shared the scan copy of the courier receipt with Us. 

During pick-up, our delivery executive may conduct a quality check on the Product. If you choose to exchange the item for a mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost provided the exchange request is made within five days of receiving your order. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.

2. Boito shall reserve the right to restrict the exchange of the Products purchased on its Website if the User in any way breaches or misuses these Terms, as determined in Boito's sole discretion. 

3. Boito shall not be liable for Products exchanged by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different Product is exchanged by mistake, Boito would not be accountable for the misplacement or replacement of the Product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.

4. If You self-ship your item(s) for exchange, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped item(s), we recommend that you use a reliable courier service.
